The San Francisco Scottish Fiddlers with Alasdair Fraser

World-renowned Scottish fiddler, Alasdair Fraser, will take audiences on a lively musical journey to Scotland, Cape Breton and other points on the Celtic music map as he directs the San Francisco Scottish Fiddlers, whom he has called "...a wild bunch of anarchistic, rabble-rousing musicians."

Fast-paced and family-friendly, the concerts feature more than 100 tartan-clad musicians – fiddles, cellos, piano, guitars, percussion, woodwinds and more (harmonica, anyone?) – filling the stage with music and energy. With singing, dancing, audience participation, and Fraser’s inspired fiddle solos, it’s like a dance party in a concert hall. Fraser and the Fiddlers create musical magic.
