Ticketing Policies

  • The Napa Valley Performing Arts Center at Lincoln Theater’s Box Office is open Tuesday- Saturday 11am-3pm.
  • The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Personal Checks.
  • A $25 fee will be applied for any returned checks.
  • To purchase tickets by phone, contact the Box Office at 707-944-9900.
  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is postponed or cancelled.
  • Unused tickets can be taken as a tax-deductible donation to the Lincoln Theater Foundation, a 501c3 organization. Please contact Customer Relations for more information at 707-944-9900 x5802 or at elizabeth@lincolntheater.org. Donations only valid prior to the start of the performance.
  • Caution: Third-Party Ticket Sellers Alert
    Napa Valley Performing Arts Center can not be responsible for tickets purchased from a third party broker or online reseller. Please purchase your tickets only from Napa Valley Performing Arts Center. Tickets purchased from a third-party cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. We can not contact you regarding possible changes to the performance and you may pay much more than the ticket’s face value. We can not guarantee that your tickets are valid and may not be able to guarantee admittance. Help us to serve you by only purchasing from Napa Valley Performing Arts Center.

Napa Valley Performing Arts Center at Lincoln Theater is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of your confidential information to the extent possible, subject to provisions of state and federal law. Other than as required by laws that guarantee public access to certain types of information, or in response to subpoenas or other legal instruments that authorize access, personally identifiable information is never shared to any third party.

Will Call

Tickets will be available to pick up at will call 1 hour before show time. Will Call is located just inside the Lincoln Theater Lobby.

Please bring proper ID or a receipt of purchase.

Accessible Seating

We have accessible seating throughout the theater, including spaces for our wheelchair bound patrons. For additional information regarding accessible seating, please contact Linda Strite at 707-944-9900 x5801 or at linda@lincolntheater.org.

Children’s Admission

If you would like the child to have his/her own seat, you must purchase a ticket for that child. Some shows targeting young children require that all have a ticket. Age requirements are usually listed with the ticket information on the Napa Valley Performing Arts Center at Lincoln Theater website.
