What are your Box Office Hours?
- The Lincoln Theater Box Office is open Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.
- The Box Office is also open during nights and weekends beginning 1 hour before the start time of ticketed events.

What is parking like at the Lincoln Theater?
Parking is extremely limited at the Lincoln Theater. In order to help alleviate this, for shows exceeding 500 patrons as well any of the Symphony Napa Valley performances, valet and self parking will be available through CPA Valet. Please note that there will be a charge of $5-15 depending on the event. They accept cash only. At any time, you may drop off anyone in the circle and park in any public parking lot. Please note that there is no parking in the circle out front of the theater. Handicapped parking is available in the lot just to the left of our main driveway or in any handicapped parking spot.
I am running late, what can I do now?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the concert start time in order to park and find your seat before the concert begins. If you are unexpectedly delayed, in consideration of our artists and patrons in the hall, late seating will take place during the first appropriate pause in the program, at the discretion of management. For the convenience of latecomers, the performance in progress may be viewed and heard on monitors in the lobby.
Can we buy concessions at the Lincoln Theater?
If you are looking for a snack or a drink during a performance in the center of the lobby, please stop by one of our concession stands.
Concession hours:
Open: 1 hour prior to performance start time
Close: 15 minutes after intermission ends
Performances without an intermission: concessions will stay open an hour after the show begins.
Please note: Only bottled water and beverages in plastic cups are allowed inside the theater. Food is not permitted inside the theater.

Are food and beverage allowed into the Theater?
Beverages, in plastic cups or plastic bottles, are allowed into the theater. Food is not allowed into the theater.
Are bags allowed inside the Theater?
Yes, bags and backpacks are allowed but are subject to search by staff members.
What is the appropriate dress for attending the Theater?
There is no specific dress code for attending shows at the Lincoln Theater. Guests should wear what is appropriate for the show they are attending.
Does the Lincoln Theater have an elevator?
Yes. The elevator is located in the north area of the lobby, just past the box office. Our volunteers and staff members will also be happy to direct you.

Is photography and/or recording devices allowed?
As a general rule and for theatrical events, for the safety of the cast members, stage crew and the enjoyment of other guests, no photography or recording devices or any kind are permitted. However, for some concerts, the Artist may make exception to non flash photography, please check for specific shows. Lincoln Theater may request photos for marketing purposes.
Is standing allowed?
For theatrical events and performances standing is not allowed – this policy is strictly enforced. For concerts, depending on the nature of the performance there may be occasions when guests are standing.
How long are most performances?
Times vary by performance, check the show pages for performance run times.
Are program books available?
For most performances a playbill is distributed to each patron free of charge.
When do the doors open prior to each performance?
The doors typically open 30 minutes before the scheduled performance time. This may vary by show.
Does the Theater have gift certificates?
Yes, the Napa Valley Performing Arts Center Gift Card is the easiest, most flexible way to give the gift of concert, theatre or event tickets.
